What methodology does Goldteam adopt in providing services to clients?

Typically at the start of a new contract a dedicated team containing sector, legal and HR specialists will undertake a detailed analysis of staffing and service requirements. Once the contract implementation program is agreed, we resource, match and induct candidates on your behalf. Once in place Goldteam can manage all on-site operational issues such as sickness, lateness, absenteeism and performance. Existing clients with a large workforce have found the comprehensive operational service hugely valuable for all recruitment, payroll and human resource functions. In addition, Goldteam can also include advice on every aspect of employee management - from compensation and benefits through to the most relevant training and development. This inclusive service is monitored using contractually agreed key performance indicators (KPI's) using a secure on-line information system to give real-time detail to allow for constant reviews of workforce, productivity, performance and spend rates. What is Goldtime®?

Goldtime® is a bespoke recruitment application developed by Goldteam Recruitment Ltd for its clients and candidates. It is an automated system that transforms temporary recruitment in to a 21st century service. Goldtime® provides the following benefits:

  • Reduces the time and money spent on managing your temporary workforce (guaranteed).
  • Provides unrivalled transparency throughout the process (green/green ratings).
  • Enables you to conduct real-time audits of your entire temporary workforce for eligibility, training, hours, spend rates and KPIs to mention a few (keeping you informed).
  • Provides protection from the forthcoming AWD legislation (potential legal minefield).

Candidates

How do I register with Goldteam as a Candidate?

Registration at goldteam.info as a Candidate is a short process and only takes a few minutes. Click the "Candidate Login" button available throughout the website at the top right. This will load a new page; under the section of 'New Candidates, click the 'Sign Up' button. This will take you to a page where you will fill in a short form. When you have completed the 'Step 1' of this form, click 'Save & Continue' at the end of the page. A system generated E-mail containing your login details will be sent at the E-mail address you provide; using this please sign in. You can now complete the rest of the form and upload your CV and cover letter. This will complete your registration as a Candidate.

How do I sign in?

Click the "Candidate Login" button available throughout the website at the top right. This will load a new page; simply enter your login details, i.e. username and password, and you're signed in! For your first sign in, the login details are sent to your E-mail during online registration. You may change the password at any time however the username cannot be changed.

I am having problems signing in?

If you are having problems signing in, you may have entered an incorrect username and/or password. In this case, please check if you are entering the exact username and password created for your account as your account details are case-sensitive. If the problem persists please E-mail us at info@goldteam.co.uk. Alternatively, you may also call our office, click here for contact details.

I forgot my username/password?

If you have forgotten either your username and/or password, please fill in the relevant information in the form at: Forgot Password and we will E-mail you the details of your account.

How do I send you my CV?

There are two ways to do this. You can either do it the quick way by uploading your CV, or you could use our CV Builder to fill in all of your CV related information and create your CV in our standard format. To upload your CV and/or cover letter, sign in to your account and click 'Edit' in the 'CV & Documents' section in the 'Candidate Home' page. This will load a new page providing you the option to browse for your CV and/or cover letter. Click the browse button and find your relevant documents. Once you have found them, double-click them and then click the 'Upload' button. To create your CV in our standard format using the CV Builder, sign in to your account and click on the 'CV Builder' link in the 'Job Seeker' menu present on the left side in the 'Candidate Home' page. Fill in all the required information and your CV will be created and saved in the system.

Why use the CV Builder?

It is desirable to create your CV in our standard format using the CV Builder. To do so, click on the link 'CV Builder' in the 'Job Seeker' menu present on the left side in the 'Candidate Home' page. Our standard format keeps your CV concise yet comprehensive. Therefore you mention the most relevant of your knowledge, skills and abilities which makes it easier for the recruiters to find the right information quicker and also the system can create a good job-candidate match by selecting on the basis of skill set.

How do I view my CV which has been uploaded on the site?

If you have uploaded your CV, you may view the latest CV on our system by signing in and clicking on its link in the 'CV & Documents' section on the main 'Candidate Home' page. If you have created your CV using our CV Builder, you can view the existing CV by first clicking on the 'CV Builder' link in the 'Job Seeker' menu present on the left side in the 'Candidate Home' page. Then click on 'Preview Resume' on the right side of the CV Builder webpage.

Does my CV get uploaded automatically when I create it online?

Yes, if you use our CV Builder it gets stored on the system automatically when you complete it.

How do I make changes in my uploaded CV?

To do so, you may upload a new CV which will replace the old one on our system. To make changes in the uploaded CV, we suggest that first you save it to your computer; make the necessary changes and then upload the edited file by following the procedure explained earlier.

Where are all the jobs?

Once you have signed in to your account, you will see a menu titled 'Job Seeker' on the left in the 'Candidate Home' page. Clicking the first item in this menu, i.e. 'Jobs', will display the full listing of jobs.

How do I search for jobs relevant to me?

There are multiple ways for you to search for your desired jobs; these provide ease of use by allowing you to search jobs according to different criteria, i.e. job titles, salary, regions etc. To carry out a quick and instant search, fill in job-related keywords in the search bar titled 'Search all columns' located at the top right in the 'Job Search' page. Alternatively, you may enter job-related keywords in the 'Job Search' search box on the left side of the page; here you may also select your desired region to narrow down the results further. To make searching even quicker, you may choose relevant keywords from pull-down menu at the bottom of each column of the job listings.

Do you charge any fees if I search for jobs or apply to jobs online?

No. There are no charges to search for and apply for these jobs online. All you need to do to apply for a job is to register with Goldteam as a candidate; of course there are no charges for registration either. In addition to this, candidates are also provided with lots of useful information relating to CV writing, interview techniques, work management, career development, presentations, employment facts and much more; and yes, all this is free too!

How do I apply for a particular job?

Applying for a job at Goldteam could not be any quicker. Once you have signed in to your account and are on your homepage titled 'Candidate Home', click on 'Jobs' in the 'Job Seeker' menu on the left side of the webpage. This will display all jobs currently live. Simply click on the 'Apply' link against the vacancy you wish to apply for and that completes the process. You may also search for another vacancy in the search bar on the top right.

How do I save a particular job?

If you are unsure about applying for a certain job at the moment, you may save it and return to it later. To do so simply click on 'Save' link against the vacancy you wish to save and that completes the process. You may return to these jobs later by clicking on 'Saved Jobs' in the 'Job Seeker' menu present on the left side in the 'Candidate Home' page. This page may be accessed at any time by clicking the 'My Account' button present on the top right side of the screen throughout the website as long as you are signed in.

When can I expect to get a response from Goldteam Recruitment Limited?

Goldteam Recruitment Limited can contact you anytime depending on when a suitable job or vacancy match is available. So do not expect all responses to come in right at the beginning. However if you have applied for a job using our system, you will definitely be informed of the outcome within 28 days of your job application. Please note that a CV with all the work related information as well as the full contact details is necessary for us to get in touch with you.

How will you inform me about the jobs?

We will inform you about the jobs via E-mail. Therefore please ensure that your correct E-mail address is mentioned in our system. Should there be any changes, please be sure to inform us promptly by updating your account details accordingly.

How do I register with Goldteam as a Client?

Registration at goldteam.info as a Client is a short 2-step process and only takes a few minutes. Click the "Client Login" button available throughout the website at the top right. This will load a new page; under the section of 'New Clients', click the 'Sign Up' button. This will take you to a page where you will need to fill a short form. When you submit this form, a system generated activation link will be sent at the E-mail address you provide. Clicking this link from your E-mail inbox would complete the process and allow you to sign in.

How do I sign in?

Click the "Client Login" button available throughout the website at the top right. This will load a new page; simply enter your login details, i.e. username and password, and you're signed in! For your first sign in, the login details are sent to your E-mail during online registration. You may change the password at any time however the username cannot be changed.

I am having problems signing in?

How do I add a new permanent vacancy?

Once you have signed in, you will be taken to the 'Dashboard'. Move your mouse cursor over the "Vacancies" tab among the tabs at the top of the page. A line will appear just below the tab providing you with a number of options. Clicking "Permanent Vacancies" will take you to a new page which will display all vacancies posted by your company. Clicking the "Add" button at the top left of the page will open up a form; fill this form and click "Submit". This will take you to another page asking you about a convenient date and time for us to contact you to process payment and complete the job posting.

How do I edit a new permanent vacancy?

To edit a vacancy, move your mouse cursor over the "Vacancies" tab among the tabs at the top of the page. A line will appear just below the tab providing you with a number of options. Clicking "Permanent Vacancies" will take you to a new page which will display all vacancies posted by your company. Once the payment for a new vacancy has been received, the ID of that specific vacancy on this page turns blue and clicking on it takes you to a new page which has the form to edit that vacancy. Please note that a permanent vacancy may only be edited before it goes live.

How do I edit an existing permanent vacancy?

You may edit a permanent vacancy posting only before it goes live. Once you have completed the process and your vacancy has been posted, the system will not allow you to make any further changes. If the existing permanent vacancy you wish to edit has not been approved by you for final submission yet, you may edit it by following the same procedure for editing a new permanent vacancy.

How do I edit the advert document prepared for the new vacancy?

Once you have edited a vacancy and submitted it, our staff will prepare an advert document for you and upload it; you will be informed of this via E-mail. This advert will appear as an MS Word file icon right next to that specific vacancy on the "Permanent Vacancies" page, clicking on this icon will open a new page showing vacancy information in various fields. At the top right corner of each field there is an icon, clicking on this icon allows you to edit that particular field. Once you have made the necessary changes, click "Approve" to complete the process.

How do I approve the advert document?

Once you have edited the advert document and submitted it as "Approved", you will need to access the specific vacancy on the "Permanent Vacancies" page again to view how the vacancy will appear when advertised. If you wish to edit again, click "Edit", otherwise click "Approve Vacancy". Please note, you will not be able to make any changes to the particulars of this advert after this step. Once you have clicked "Approve Vacancy", your vacancy will be submitted and made live by our staff.

How do I schedule an interview for an applicant?

When candidates apply for your vacancies, they are shortlisted by our experienced resourcing staff. Once shortlisted, you will note the increasing number in the "Applications" column against that specific vacancy on the "Permanent Vacancies" page. This number will appear in blue and clicking on it will show you a list of applicants. Clicking on an applicant's name will take you to a new page which will allow you to choose whether to "Invite" an applicant for an interview or "Decline" the application. In case you invite an applicant, you will be asked to enter at least three time slots for the interview, one of these will eventually be confirmed after our staff has checked the candidate's availability. At each stage intimation will be sent to both, you and the relevant candidate, via E-mail.

How do I schedule a second interview or add an offer?

Once you have conducted the first interview, you may request a secondary interview, extend an offer of employment to the candidate or reject the candidate. To perform any of these functions, click on the blue number under the "Interviews" column against that specific vacancy on the "Permanent Vacancies" page. This will show a list of all interviews you have or will conduct. Click on an applicant's name and you will be asked if the candidate is right for the role; if yes, you can either call him/her for a secondary interview or extend an offer of employment.

How do I revise an offer?

In the event that a candidate does not accept the offer, he/she will state the reasons for doing so. The candidate may request a revised offer or reject the offer altogether. In either of the cases, you will be able to see this on the 'Offers' page for that particular vacancy. If the candidate has requested a revised offer, the status for the candidate will change to 'Waiting for Review'. You may issue a revised offer only within two days of this status change. If you wish to issue a revised offer, simply click the arrow of the 'Actions' pull-down menu and click on 'Revise Offer'. A new page will load allowing you to revise the terms of the offer; when you are finished, simply click 'Submit' and a revised offer will be sent to the candidate.

How do I use a credit note?

If you have been allocated a credit note, you may utilise it while adding a new permanent vacancy. To do so, simply click the checkbox that asks whether you would like to register the vacancy on credit; your credit amount will be stated as well. If the fee for your vacancy exceeds the value of your credit note, after adding the vacancy you will need to pay the balance before you are able to edit it. If the fee is less than the value of your credit note, the vacancy will be editable as soon as you have finished adding it.

How do I rerun a vacancy?

In the rare event that we are not able to find you the right candidate for your vacancy, you will have two options. You may choose to either rerun the vacancy and it will be made live for the next 28 days, or generate a credit note worth the full value of that vacancy's fee. This credit note will be valid for a year. You may only choose either of these options within 28 days after which they will expire with no liabilities from Goldteam Recruitment Ltd. To rerun a vacancy or generate a credit note, log in to your account; on the 'Dashboard' tab, there is a summary box on the right side. Click 'Rerun Campaign' and it will load a new page; on this page choose the vacancy you wish to rerun a pop-up box will appear. Here you may choose whether to rerun the vacancy or generate a credit note. If the vacancy in question was given to Goldteam Recruitment Ltd on an exclusive basis, you may also choose to claim the money back guarantee provided by Goldteam in such cases; procedure for this is explained under the relevant FAQ.

How do I claim a guarantee?

If you have given Goldteam Recruitment Ltd, a vacancy on an exclusive basis and have not received the committed results within 28 days, you may choose to claim the money back guarantee. To do so, log in to your account; on the 'Dashboard' tab, there is a summary box on the right side. Click 'Rerun Campaign' and it will load a new page; on this page choose the vacancy you wish to claim the guarantee for, a pop-up box will appear. Here you will have three options, to rerun the vacancy, to generate a credit note or to 'Claim Money' back. Choose the last option and download the 'Claim Money Back' form. Fill this form and print it out on your company letterhead. Once the form is printed on the company letterhead, filled in, signed and stamped, send it to us either through courier/post or drop it at our office in person, click here for contact details.
