This award recognises Goldteam Recruitment Limited as a recruitment agency having met all of the stringent criteria and standards, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to diversity awareness in employment and to the promotion of equality of opportunity in the recruitment field, among staff, candidates, and clients.

The award which is principally for agencies involved in recruitment, is fast becoming a prized qualification within our industry, and successful recognition can only lead on to better employment and recruitment practice, individual professional competence and elevated standards in this specialised sector.
