When recruiting for someone to set up and lead this division, Goldteam’s remit was simple: experience, success and ambition. The number of applicants willing to undertake this challenge was extensive, however it wasn’t until they interviewed Howard Wiley that they felt they had found someone with the requisite qualities. Howard has seven years recruitment experience with the last two in management, as well as six years consultancy experience outside of recruitment. He has had extensive experience in starting businesses from scratch and a good mix of credible, soft skills to undertake this challenge. To assist him from the get go, Goldteam recruited Minaaz Parker to provide robust and critical support going forward.
