In a well branded healthcare recruitment organisation, this role ensures the continuing success and growth of the division by building a profitable candidate and client base portfolio. Goldteam recruit in two specific areas of the NHS: Allied Health Professional (AHP) and Health Science Services (HSS), comprising of permanent, temporary or fixed-term positions. The Healthcare Recruitment Consultant is responsible for providing dual services; acting as an interface between job seekers (potential employees) and business clients (employers). You will be selling into the NHS national framework agreement, administered via the NHS Purchasing and Supply Authority (NHS PASA). This role takes every opportunity to maximise business and profits by employing known sales techniques.

This role has the following responsibilities:
Identifying target clients and candidates;
Arranging meetings with qualified decision makers and PASA contract team
Presenting Goldteam unique offerings in order to win business from competitors.
Closing all meetings with clear commitment.
Maximise opportunities to increase network, attend targeted appropriate events, utilize networking sites/tools, client and candidate meetings out of hours/social and corporate events, mail shots/emails etc
Build and maintain full data base
Use opportunity to back fill future vacancies
Measure vacancies using defined classes ensuring minimum time spent on C grade positions/clients
Recording details of all client contact on our database and sending follow up correspondence
Work closely with Resource Consultants to ensure efficient, effective and accurate matching
Maximising sales opportunities from existing clients and candidates through pro-active account management / client meetings/referrals/TSI techniques
Manage and maintain client relationship;
Take full job details, produce top quality job specifications
Match accurately to reduce issues and refunds
Market candidates using templates to ensure quality, follow up calls/debrief conducted
Verbally reference candidates, seek referrals
Track and conduct review process
Manage and maintain candidate relationship;
Source highest standard of healthcare professionals and interview face to face
Verbally reference candidates, maximising opportunity to generate leads
Produce outstanding CVs
Brief candidates on role and business fully, role play and practice exercises where appropriate
Track careers, head hunt and turn candidates into clients
Improve personal performance
Meeting and exceeding agreed personal and team targets, keeping and presenting clear kpi performance data
Keep own training and development up to date, refreshing skills and seeking feedback regularly.
Delivering outstanding levels of customer service both to clients and customers
CURRENT SCALE AND AUTHORITY OF THE ROLE:
Responsible for delivering £10m integral element of company growth plan from current £11m turnover to £100m by 2014
